Born From a Vision. Built by a Community.
Blissful Energy was created in 2019 with a vision to build something that felt different — a studio where movement, energy, and community could exist under one roof.
From the beginning, we never wanted to be just a yoga studio, a Pilates studio, or a fitness studio. We wanted to create a place where you could come in depending on what you needed that day — to get stronger, sweat, flow, slow down, reconnect, or simply be around good energy.
What started in Boynton Beach has grown into a community built around yoga, Pilates, strength, sculpt, cardio, recovery, and our signature infrared heat. With dozens of instructors and more than 85 classes each week, there is always another way to move, another teacher to learn from, and another reason to come back.
But Blissful Energy has always been about more than the workout. It’s the music, the pink glow, the instructors who care, the little details, the people beside you, and the feeling you leave with.
As Blissful Energy continues to grow, the vision stays the same: create a welcoming space where every body can move, connect, feel stronger, and find a little more bliss along the way.

Blissful Energy was founded by best friends Ashley Brown and Hally Linares, united by a shared vision to create something that felt different. What began as an idea between two friends became a thriving community built around movement, connection, and making every person who walks through our doors feel welcome.
Through every class, every decision, and every milestone, their mission has remained the same: create a space where people can move with purpose, build confidence, and truly feel at home.

At Blissful Energy, becoming an instructor is just the beginning. Every teacher is carefully selected for their expertise, passion, and ability to create an exceptional member experience. We don’t just hire great instructors—we invest in them.
We hold our instructors to the highest standards because we believe our members deserve the very best. Every teacher is selected with intention and continues to grow through our internal training and development program.
Our instructor development is led by Izzy Hecht, Director of Teacher Training & Development, who oversees our internal education, mentorship, and continuing development. Through regular trainings and ongoing support, she helps ensure every class reflects the quality, consistency, and energy our community knows and loves.
