Service Description

A FUN flowing class starting with a 20 min yoga flow warm up followed by a core and booty workout. Booty flow focuses on the hamstrings, glute muscles and core. This sequence will help tone your backside, lengthen the muscles and build strength. A hard core ab series included, this class will tighten the tummy and lift the booty. Join us for some core and bootylicious fun! This is an ALL Level HOT Class!!
